A bench made from pine with an upcycled back from the rear panel of an old piano. Parquet floor in 18mm oak herringbone pattern glued to plywood sub-base.
Ikea sink unit fitted on bespoke hand painted cupboard in pine and 18mm MDF with aged brass hinges and knobs.
Karndean rustic oak flooring glued to plywood sub-base. Pipework boxed in with 18mm painted MDF with routed bullnose edging.
New stud partition built to create a corridor and private bedroom. Reclaimed doors fitted along with handmade penny hinges and restored rim locks. Plastered out and architrave and skirting added ready for customer to paint.

Old floor was 1/3 concrete 2/3 old sagging floorboards. Upon removal joists were found to be half embedded in soil and consequently rotten underneath. Old joists removed, soil level taken down and pad stones fitted. Damp proof membrane installed, new joists and 20mm engineered rustic oak flooring over. 50mm Celotex insulation fitted between joists, secret nailed to joists over suspended section and glued to concreate slab over solid section.

Rustic oak doors made from floorboards. Hand made wrought iron furniture and simple beaded edge.
Hand made kitchen with brushed satin paint finish. Carcases made from 18mm hardwood ply. Front panels from joinery grade pine with plywood inserts. Hidden cutlery draws inside top drawers.
Oversize iron railings sourced from Facebook, remodelled and cut down to size. Welded at the ends and mounted with molten lead.
